When I decided to investigate purchasing properties in Hollister Ranch, I asked the association for a referral to 3 agents.  I then interviewed all three.  Based upon those interviews, I elected to have Jeff and Wendie Kruthers represent me.

I dealt primarily with Jeff, and he proved himself to be the best agent I could have selected.  He is professional, and efficient.  In the end, I found myself in escrow, at a time when I had a pre-paid trip to Indonesia.  I signed a general power of attorney over to Jeff, with instructions for him to treat the transaction as if it were his own, and get the deal closed if possible.  When I returned to the States, I was the proud owner of a Ranch Parcel.  If I had it to do all over again, I would not change a thing.

Since that time, I have referred at least a half dozen people to Jeff.  At least 2 have purchased Ranch parcels.  The difference in closed deals compared to referrals is in large part due to the fact that Jeff would never place a buyer into an inappropriate property, which is critical when it comes to Hollister Ranch, because every parcel is unique, and many may seem like good properties, and in fact are good properties, but for a certain type of person.
