Hollister Ranch Realty specializes in property sales at Hollister
Ranch. Hollister Ranch homeowner residents Jeff Kruthers, Broker,
and his wife Wendie are partners in the firm. They are recognized
in the industry as THE experts at Hollister Ranch.
Jeff first visited Hollister Ranch in 1962 as a guest of the Hollister
family who owned the entire 15,000+ acre ranch at the time. Jeff
introduced Wendie to the Ranch in 1967, and they were married the
following year. Jeff and Wendie purchased Parcel 3 in 1972; the
seventh parcel sold by the developer. The following year, Jeff made
his first Hollister Ranch sale.
Jeff and Wendie established Hollister Ranch Realty in 1981. Since
that time they have been involved in at least one transaction involving
over 100 separate Hollister Ranch parcels. In fact, Hollister Ranch
Realty has completed more Hollister Ranch transactions than all
other real estate companies combined.
No one else has the expertise or the experience regarding Hollister
Ranch as do Wendie and Jeff. Theirs is the only company to work
full time providing personalized and customized service to buyers
at the Ranch. They understand the special needs of the buyer of
Hollister Ranch property because Hollister Ranch is the only property
they sell.
The facts show no on else has the success. Results are the indication
of their effectiveness. Both Wendie and Jeff enjoy helping people
realize their dreams at Hollister Ranch. Sophisticated buyers who
rely upon extensive on-site experience and local knowledge are urged
to contact Wendie or Jeff to discuss each and every Hollister Ranch
property that is currently available.
Jeff and Wendie are members of these professional organizations:
National
Association of Realtors,
California
Association of Realtors, and
Santa Barbara
Association of Realtors
Since 1972, they have participated in the following HROA committees:
Beach Use & Rules,
Conservancy,
Design,
Hollister House, Finance,
Roads, Hoedown,
External Affairs,
Grievance,
Stewardship Task Force
and Manager
Selection.
Furthermore, Jeff has served as:
President
of the HROA Board of Directors, and
President
of the Hollister Ranch Cooperative.
In addition, Jeff has also served as a member of the Hollister
Ranch Volunteer Fire Department.
For over a decade Wendie has been the coordinator of the Hollister Ranch Conservancy’s popular and successful "Tidepool School" program. This program has provided Santa Barbara County students a "living classroom" to study and observe the thriving ecosystems found in the intertidal zones at Hollister Ranch. At one time these tidepool environments existed all along the coast of Southern California, but they have become degraded or eliminated as human population soared. It is hoped that the students who observe a healthy shoreline will grow up to encourage - and participate in - the restoration of the habitat for these tidepool critters.
For several years Wendie has also been a member of the Hollister Ranch (Cattle) Cooperative board of directors.
